Georgia Nursing License or Multi-State Compact License with ability to practice in Georgia (RN or LPN) BLS CPR & First Aid Certification Recent TB Skin Screen (within last 12 months) or Chest X-Ray (within last 5 years) confirming negative result Ability to pass Local, State & Federal Background Check Authorized to Work in the U.
